Method Statement

After an initial consultation we will supply you with a quotation for the work to be carried out. Alongside this quotation we will include;

A full site overview showing the pages which make up your site
A brief guide to the text / graphics we will require from you to fill the pages
A quotation for the full price for the design and upload of your web site

Upon written acceptance of our quotation, we will commence the design and building of your site, keeping you in touch with developments along the way.

After the initial design of the site, we will upload the pages for your approval and proofing, without the general public being able to view incomplete or un-proofed pages. Any changes are then carried out prior to the site going live.

After your final approval we open the site to the general public.

After-Sales Service

Once your new site is up and running you need to know that the company you have chosen to create your website will still be there to provide you with backup, should you have a problem or require an alteration to your site.

We provide free support for all our clients. There is no time limit on this support and you can ask us as many questions as you like. Many of our clients are setting up websites for the first time and have a few questions and queries after their site goes live, so we are happy to provide free after-sales support.

Any slight alterations to the website design are also carried out for free. Payment of our final invoice for the completion of a website doesn't mean we leave you to your own devices and you may find that you need to make a tweak here or there, or perhaps some content altered on your site.

Any major changes or additions to your site, however, will obviously carry a cost implication, if it is in addition to your original requirements. We can update your site with new information, pages or images at any time, please contact us for full details of the charges for these ancillary services.

All support enquiries are handled via email initially and telephone dialogue can be arranged thereafter if required. We answer all enquiries within 24 hours.

We also offer a site update tutorial package at your premises, whereby we teach you how to update your web site, thus giving you total control over the future updating of your site. With this package we also offer free telephone support for the first year.
